Legend has it that inside the tomb there was a rabbit that admired observed the body of Jesus, saw how an angel removed the stone from the tomb and Jesus got up and removed the sheets that surrounded him leaving the cave more alive than ever.

The bunny understood that this man loved by the multitude of people was the Son of God, and wanted to warn everyone that he had risen so that they were not sad, it occurred to him to bring them a colored painted egg so that they would understand the message of life and joy .

Since then, the rabbit goes out every Easter Sunday to leave colored eggs in all the houses to remind the world that Jesus resurrected so that they are never sad.
